Pust Sauna provides both drop-in sessions and private bookings. The drop-in sessions allow you to share the sauna with other guests, fostering a communal atmosphere. For a more personal experience, the entire sauna can be reserved for private use, accommodating groups comfortably.
In addition to traditional sauna sessions, Pust offers guided sauna rituals designed to engage your senses. These rituals incorporate essential oils, ambient music, and gentle steam, creating a holistic wellness experience.

Pust Sauna operates daily from 06:00 to 23:00. The facility includes separate male and female changing rooms equipped with refreshing cold showers. Guests are required to book their sessions in advance and are advised to bring their own swimwear and towels. Please note that the use of soap or shampoo in the showers is not permitted, as all water drains directly into the sea.

Sauna Rules
- Show respect for other guests.
- Never swim alone. Always bring someone who can stay on the dock while you bathe.
- Only use freshwater on the stove. Water is filled from a tap under one of the showers.
- Soap and shampoo are not allowed in the shower, as all water drains directly into the sea.
- Visitors who are visibly intoxicated may be denied entry.
- If you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or unwell in any way – leave the sauna immediately.
- Members may only have two active bookings at a time, out of consideration for the community.
- All saunas have separate male and female changing rooms – with cold and refreshing showers.
- Remember that you must book your session in advance. This applies to everyone, including members.
- Please note that you must leave the sauna and the changing room before the next session begins. This applies to both drop-in and private bookings.
