All-inclusive Arctic Day Trip: Round Tour of Kvaløya & Arctic Fjords – Tromsø

Begin your Arctic experience in the centre of Tromsø, where you'll meet your guide and driver before setting off in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter minibus. This small-group tour is limited to 15 guests, ensuring a more relaxed and personal atmosphere.

The journey takes you across the scenic island of Kvaløya, with several photo stops along the way. Your guide will point out dramatic fjords, valleys, and beaches while sharing insights into the region's wildlife and history. You may encounter reindeer, sea eagles, or simply take in the shifting Arctic light.

At the midpoint, stop at a local restaurant on Sommarøy island for a warm, local lunch with views of the fishing village and white sand beaches. On the return leg, follow a different route through mountain and coastal landscapes before arriving back in Tromsø. A selection of digital photos taken during the day will be shared with you after the tour.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Warm, layered clothing is essential, including wool underlayers, winter boots, hat, gloves or mittens. In icy conditions, spikes are recommended. The tour runs with a minimum of 5 participants and may be cancelled due to dangerous weather. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The only scheduled toilet break is during lunch.
