5-Course Dinner at Hildurs Urterarium – Tilrem, Brønnøysund

Your dinner is served in Sagastua, a historic dining room inspired by Tilrem's long history. Long tables, an open fireplace, and rustic interiors create a warm setting for both small gatherings and larger celebrations.

There is no fixed menu, as the courses change with the season and the ingredients of the day. Each dish is prepared with care and rooted in local food traditions. A dedicated children's menu is available, and you can add a wine pairing or non-alcoholic pairing tailored to the evening's flavors.

After dinner, enjoy a coffee surrounded by family photos and traditional brocade furniture. It is a fitting way to end an evening focused on local taste, hospitality, and the calm atmosphere of Hildurs.

Dinner is served at 7:00 PM every evening during the summer season. Food allergies must be reported in advance. Children under 2 eat free. Children aged 2–11 pay half price. Full price applies from age 12.
