Terms and Conditions for Private Digital Information Sessions

1. Service Description

By booking a session, you will receive a private, digital information meeting with a local Oslo expert, tailored to your interests and needs. The session takes place via WhatsApp, Signal, or FaceTime.

VisitOSLO will contact you after the booking to ask which channel you prefer to be contacted through. We will also ask you to confirm your mobile number.

Please note that the customer is responsible for being available on one of the communication channels listed above.

2. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked through our website and the booking system GoTo HUB.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
The price includes one session of the agreed duration.
All prices are stated in NOK and include applicable VAT if relevant.

3. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Changes to your booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
If we must cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Session Delivery and Responsibility

You are responsible for having a working internet connection and suitable device for the call.
We will call you through the channel we have agreed on.
We are not responsible for missed sessions or technical issues on your end.
All session times in the booking system are shown in Oslo local time (Central European Time – CET).
The session provides general information and local insights on Oslo and the Oslo region. It does not constitute legal or official travel advice.
The session includes no booking of services such as: Tickets to transportation, sightseeing, events, activities or attractions. No booking of accommodation, services or restaurants.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your information is used solely to tailor your session and deliver the service.
We only store necessary contact details and delete any preference data after the session.
Sessions are not recorded, and the use of AI-based recording or transcription tools by either party is not permitted.

6. Languages and Accessibility

Sessions are available in English, German, and Norwegian (depending on availability).
