Welcome to Austbø Hotel, where we invite you to experience a magical pre-Christmas season. The hotel is beautifully decorated in traditional Christmas style, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for both local guests and visitors. From November 15, you can enjoy our specially prepared Christmas menu—perfect for gathering family, friends, or colleagues for a festive celebration.

Our Christmas menu features classic dishes such as pork ribs, meat patties, and Christmas sausages, served with traditional accompaniments like red cabbage, sauerkraut, and rich Christmas gravy. You can also choose a delicious pork rib burger or a pinnekjøtt (cured lamb ribs) platter, which must be pre-ordered. Every meal is rounded off with a sweet dessert: riskrem served with homemade strawberry sauce—the perfect finishing touch.

We serve our Christmas platter daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, from November 15 to December 21. Come and enjoy a warm and welcoming Christmas celebration with us, where fond memories are made around the table.
