How do I buy tickets for an activity in Norway?To book an activity on I Love Norway, go to the activity search page. There you can find the activity you are interested in. You can search by destination or name of activity, among other things. When you have found your activity, there is a book button that you press. You will see all the information about the activity where you can read more and where you can choose a date to participate in the activity. To choose a date for the activity, use the "Check availability" button. A new window will open as a pop-up where you can choose a date, etc. Follow the booking steps that will take you further and to payment. How do I book a hotel in Norway?To book a hotel on I Love Norway, go to the hotel search page. There you can find the hotel you want to stay at in Norway. You can search by destination or hotel name, among other things. You can choose from lots of hotels in different locations in Norway. When you have found your hotel, there is a book button that you press. You will see all the information about the hotel where you can read more and choose the dates of your stay and book your room and make payment. How can I pay for my tickets?You can pay for your booking with most major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay. How do I receive my purchased tickets / booking confirmation?After completing the purchase, a voucher (your tickets) and booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The same applies to hotel bookings. The tickets will come separately as a QR code. You will present this on site to participate in the booked activity. I have made a booking but have not received any tickets / booking confirmationSometimes automated emails can end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder to see if the booking confirmation has ended up there. If you cannot find it, please contact us at info@ilovenewyork.se. Can I change my booking?Not really. If there is something you wish to change in your booking please contact GOTO HUB via email: support@gotohub.no. GOTO HUB always tries to help as best they can but cannot guarantee that a ticket or booked hotel can be changed. If you are within the cancellation rules, it may be an idea to cancel the current ticket and make a new booking instead. Can I cancel my tickets/hotel?Yes. Each organizer and hotel has its own cancellation policy. Information about cancellation policies can be found on each activity and hotel's information page before you make your booking and on your booking confirmation. It is important that you check the time you have for a cancellation. All cancellations must go through GOTO HUB AS. You send an email to support@gotohub.no and state your booking number (Confirmation number). GOTO HUB AS will respond within 24-48 hours. Can I book tickets for an activity and book a hotel at the same time?Yes. I Love Norway is a booking platform that offers different activities and hotels in Norway through our organizers. You choose what you want to book from all the different activities and accommodations and add it to your cart. You then pay for everything together when you have made your selection. Is I Love Norway the one who issues the reservation?No. All ticket purchases and hotel reservations are made directly with the respective organizer and hotel. All information and pictures you see on activities and hotels are added by the respective organizer themselves. Your booking confirmation comes from GOTO HUB AS. GOTO HUB AS is a member of the “Reisegarantifondet” – RGF in Norway where they have provided a travel guarantee regarding the Norwegian Package Act. We have been running several different travel guides on the Internet for more than 15 years.
